Hi, my name is Ashlee! I have loved coffee ever since I was a child. I remember as a little girl having “Coffee Parties” with my dad instead of tea parties. As a teen, I worked as a Starbucks barista, deepening my love for espresso drinks.

 

In 2021, my church purchased an espresso machine for special events, and suddenly I became the unofficial church barista. After conducting multiple events, including one that served over 200 drinks, it hit me— I could offer this in Cape Girardeau and all over Southeast Missouri! I had gotten lots of praise for my espresso beverages and even converted a few "non-coffee drinkers" to the dark side of espresso beverages. I decided it was time to share the joy!

 

This business is named after my sweet Sheepadoodle pup, Lemon. (She doesn’t drink coffee, fortunately) It is a joint venture with my non-coffee-drinking husband (still a work in progress!) Thank you for checking out our page, and we hope to serve whatever coffee needs you may have!
